I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable and had a very up-market feel to them, with super king beds and great light blackouts. The view overlooking the golf course was spectacular. The service was excellent, although there was a minor hiccup with a missing staff member on my day of visit. The location was warm and friendly, providing a cozy atmosphere, and the facilities were second to none, especially the spa and swimming pool. The dining experience, however, was a bit lacking in variety but still enjoyable.
The hotel rooms overlooking the golf course and lake are luxurious and well equipped for a very relaxing stay. The service, while looking dated, is quite adequate until the new spa opens later this year. The location with two golf courses and stunning views justifies its traditional standard of service.
The hotel provided a mixed experience with clean and very spacious rooms but with limited view and some morning noise disturbances. The service was friendly but lacked clear communication on policies. The location offered a beautiful setting but was occasionally noisy due to events. The dining was a highlight with a top-notch Garden Spa. Overall, enjoyable stay with room for improvement.
